We want every gas station in America to be Terror-Free

Annual Franchise Fee: $1

To run Terror-Free Oil gas station(s) you must subscribe to Terror-Free principles outlined below:

Gas/diesel products must be purchased from a company that does not import oil from the Middle East (required)
Percentage of revenues should be donated to a counter-terrorism organization** (recommended)
If gas station sells diesel, it must offer biodiesel blend (required)
Gas station must offer either E85 or biodiesel or 2% rebates for hybrids (required)
Books must be available for inspection by TFO authorized auditor upon request (required)
All signage must be kept uniform with other TFO gas stations; exceptions (i.e. zoning requirements) could be granted on individual basis (required)
E85 should be offered within one year from joining TFO (recommended)
2% gas rebates for hybrids (recommended)
Offer additional benefits for drivers of hybrid and FFV vehicles (recommended)

*Term "franchise" means the right to use "Terror-Free Oil" brand name and TFO insignia.
